A Mini Gift Guide
I LOVE a good beauty gift bag. From my previous life as a cosmetic executive, no one understands the power of a beauty “gift with purchase” (gap for short) more than me! However how many times have you stocked up on something at the beauty counter to get the free gift just to get home and realize you won’t even use half of if (ugly lip colors I’m looking at you!) That’s why when I see a gwp that’s full of items I actually would buy on their own I get super excited!
Here’s what’s included in their Fall Season Bag:
- FULL SIZE 28 litsea Petala Balm (amazing for chapped lips!)
- One Love Organics Vitamin C Body Polish (such a nice travel size of this and perfect for post summer transition on our stressed skin)
- Beuti Pomegranate Glow Enzyme Cleanser (also a great deluxe travel size of this to get several uses out of)
- Aillea & Organic Bath Co Organic Body Butter (great deluxe travel size and smells heavenly, will last you quite a while)
- Ilia Mascara (travel size)
- Indie Lee CoQ10 toner travel sample spray (in my every day skincare routine morning & night)
- Maya Chia Eye Achiever Sachet
What to Get
For the Skincare Lover
Maya Chia Super Couple $85 – This is my HOLY GRAIL face oil. I absolutely credited a large part of the healing of my cystic acne (click here to see pictures of a few years ago) with this incredible oil. It’s incredible for fading acne scarring, sun damage, and so much more. If you try ONE clean beauty item this year, this should be it!
Kypris Antioxidant Dew $90- This is not a budget item by any stretch of the imagination however it’s worth every single penny. Chock full of antioxidants to protect your skin from aging free radicals as well as shield from blue rays we are exposed to from our devices, this serum sinks immediately into the skin and lasts forever!
Tata Harper Set $75– An incredible way to try an entire regimen from one of the grand dames of the clean beauty world!
For the person wanting to make the first switches in their routine
Agent Nateur Holi(rose) deodorant $26 – Deodorant is often one of the first items that experts recommend to switch to a nontoxic formula. This is also one of the HARDEST categories to find for most people. No one wants to risk smelling by midday or having a deodorant suddenly quit on you! This one literally smells like roses and keeps you fresh all day long.
RMS Beauty Hidden Desire Palette $42 – I’ve used this particular palette for the past year and I’m just as in love with it now as when it launched! I remember thinking the quality was so good that they priced it way too low lol! This gorgeous palette of 6 eyeshadows, a blush and a highlighter could easily retail for over $60! It’s a great way to have an entire look at once without investing in all new makeup. Also makes an incredible gift!
Osmia Milky Rose Soap $18 – Upgrade from your body wash to this insanely luxurious bath soap ! Made with actual rose petals , it’s deliciously creamy and decadent.
For the Makeup Lover
Aether Beauty Crystal Grid Gemstone Palette $34– I have no idea how this is still in stock! This normally retails for almost $58 and is sold out everywhere else in the country. Aether Beauty is one of my hero brands for sustainability and most importantly the pigment of these shadows is gorgeous!
Kosas The Big Clean Mascara $26 – My favorite new find of the month! This is an incredible swap for fans of mainstream mascaras similar to Dior Show or YSL Faux Cils. This gives my lashes incredible separation and drama without clumping (and I like to layer quite a few coats). It only smudged slightly at the end of the day and that was from me rubbing my eyes #lifewithatoddlerthatdoesn’tsleep
Ilia Lipgloss in Oxblood $16– These normally retail for $24 everywhere else so they are a total steal! This oxblood color is THE color to rock for fall and I love the nourishing ingredients of coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin E. Tip: Don’t be afraid of this color, it goes on super sheer is and universally flattering for all skin tones.
