The Best Fall Face Masks for Your Skin Type

A seasonal round up of the best organic skincare masks for every skin type! (and yes there are pumpkins involved!)

best fall face masks

The leaves are officially changing (or so I’m told as I live in the south and we are robbed of that gorgeous fall foliage!) and so is your skin! Did you know your skin type can fluctuate due to hormones, sleep (lack there of) and enviornmental changes? What works for you one month may miss the mark the next! Transitioning your skincare with each season (or when traveling from one climate to another) is critical for optimal skin health.

While switching out moisturizer, serums and cleansers may be needed, let’s start with the fun ones first- MASKING! One of the best things to come out of our new social distancing lives, is more nights at home for SELF CARE! Bring on the face masks, body scrubs and alll the spa nights.

Here’s my list of my favorite Fall Face Masks for each skin type. Click on your skin type to jump right to your recommendations.

Demamiel Brighten Cleanse & Exfoliate

This 2-in-1 cleanser and mask packs one heck of a punch with healing clays, brightening plant extracts AND actual crushed gemstones. It doesn’t get more luxe than this! This is powder mask meaning it is activated with water and doesn’t expire as quickly as masks that are liquid, cream etc. I love this mask for drawing impurities from the pores (helping to clear breakouts, blackheads, and any congestion). Also great for getting the circulation going in the skin , meaning it increases the micro circulation to the skin to boost radiance, which is an absolute MUST for this nursing mama. Also if you’re pressed for time you can also use this as a cleanser (I like it for a morning cleanse to “wake up” my skin) by just adding a little water, massing into the skin and immediately rinsing.

La Bella Figura Purifying Manuka Honey Mask :

Literally designed to bring all the bacteria and dirt to the surface and balance oily skin types. Contains Manuka Honey ,charcoal, TWO types of clay, turmeric & sandalwood, this mask helps to eliminate blackheads, reduce oil, and clear acne prone skin.  BONUS can be used as an overnight spot treatment as well.

One of the first clean beauty skincare products I ever tried ! I love that this can be used as a cleanser, exfoiliator or mask.
